Gavin BVMS PhD MRCVS Practice Principal

Hi, my name is Gavin. I graduated from Glasgow Vet School in 1982 and I have owned Allan vets since 2000. I am really happy with our newly refurbished practice and I feel that our purpose built premises provides high standards of care to meet the needs of pets and their owners. We try to provide a welcoming friendly environment to fulfil all needs.

Gillian BVMS MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon

Hi, my name is Gillian. I graduated from Glasgow Vet School in 2005. After working in Yorkshire for a year I returned to Glasgow and have been at Allan Vets since 2006. I enjoy all aspects of my job but I have a special interest in feline medicine (especially geriatric cats). I have a naughty domestic shorthair cat called Lilly who I re-homed from the CPL

Jennifer RVN Veterinary Nurse

Hi, I am too called Jennifer and I have been a registered vet nurse since 2013. My husband and I own a mad chocolate labrador called Molly. We love her to bits but at times can be a handful. I enjoy all aspects of my job but have a special interest in medical nursing and exotics. I have recently joined the team at Allan Vets and I am looking forward to meeting all the lovely clients and their pets.

Sarah Receptionist

Hi, my name is Sarah. I have been at Allan Vets since March 2005, I enjoy dealing with all the animals especially giving them treats whenever they are in the waiting room. I have completed a course on dog grooming and enjoy doing that in my spare time. I have a four year old blonde bombshell called Daisy-mae who acts like the diva of the dog world.

Sharon Receptionist

Hi, my name is Sharon. I joined the team at Allan Vets in September 2014, and I work at the reception. I am enjoying meeting all the different animals at the practice, and I am learning something new almost everyday about animal health and wellbeing. I have a collie/labrador cross-breed called Lara, a tortoise named Theo, a guinea pig called cuddles and two hamsters called Charlie and Cheeky.
